"It was an exciting drive.to get there but what a peaceful retreat. Andrea was delightful and attentive. She helped us place a take out order. Best sleep I have had on this trip! Breakfast was delicious..wish we had had at.least.enough time to walk down to the river! Next time!!?"

"Great experience"

"Great little spot, friendly staff."

"Other than the security concerns below, overall this is a nice accommodation. Not too far from the city centre, great price, and a simple but decent breakfast. Room was comfortable. There were two issues however, that might make me try a new place next time. Although the quiet hours were after 11pm, there was significant noise in the common area until 12:30am and starting again at 7am when we were there. This may not be something the hostel can control though. More importantly, however, it seems...

"Once away from Puerto Natales price increased hugely as you go towards Torres de Paine as you otherwise need to drive 2.5 hrs each way to get to park and if hiking it’s not ideal. This place was a perfect option as it was full board so they provided an excellent local and high end meal for dinner and very good breakfast. We had to go early so they made us a packed breakfast and you also get a packed lunch. The quality of domes was excellent and do body. Staff were excellent and only negative...

"Spectacular setting, outstanding dining, almost Michelin one quality, nice facility, nice bedroom and bathroom "

"Thank you, Jacob, for your generous hospitality and your efforts to secure a one-night rebate from Expedia for my stay from June 16th to 18th. I sincerely hope your request is successful and that I receive the refund for my one-night stay. The chaos of duplicate room bookings arose due to two tour operators canceling my booked tour at the very last minute, which forced me to seek alternative activities for my trip to Patagonia. While this situation was unfortunate, it is in no way a reflection...

"Great place to stay. Great staff. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Only caveat is at the moment (26 September 26) the hotel is adding a large extension to the building so there was a lot of building work noise till 6.30pm and it started again at 9am. Because of the noise it was difficult to relax."

"Breakfast was ok, plenty of bread and various sweet spreads, scrambled egg was brought out in a china bowl and left on the side so got cold quickly. There was a yoghurt and fruit option but I would say the breakfast was very basic and not the greatest quality."
