Wifi que no falla, cama cómodas, agua caliente, calefaccion y no se escucha ruido alguno; el desayuno sencillo pero suficiente y rico; y si sales a tour mas temprano te preparan un lunch para que lleves lo que es super bueno. La atencion de Matias y su familia es maravillosa, son personas que te hacen sentir cómodo desde que llegas, mucha calidez humana. Es un buen lugar para llegar. "

"Preciosa vista, el hotel súper bien y ni se diga del personal, hacen lo posible por ayudarte. Tuvimos inconvenientes con servicios ajenos al hotel pero aún así las señoritas nos ayudaron con gusto sin siquiera pedírselos."

"Local agradável, limpo, muito bem organizado com equipe atenciosa. O dono José está sempre presente ajudando no que precisar e dando dicas do local. Quarto confortável com boa tv e vários canais apor satélite. Muito próximo da estação rodoviária para quem vai a Puerto Natales e fácil acesso ao centro de Punta Arenas. "

"This has been our favourite place to stay so far. We stayed 2 nights before the W Trek and 2 nights after - they store your bags for free during the trek if you stay with them on your return. The beds are really comfortable, showers are hot and have great water pressure, the radiators and new double glazed windows keep the rooms warm. Good continental breakfast included. Everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"This a great place to stay for a few days in Punta Arenas. It is close to the heart of the downtown but not so much that it is noisy. The little kitchenette is perfect for a meal in and the breakfast offerings were very sweet. The bed was also comfy and the room was very clean. Thanks to the staff for their warm welcome and friendliness!"
