"Stayed for 1 night to make the transfer to the airport easier as had an early flight the next day. Good location only 1 metro stop from garibaldi. Good service, staff contacted me through WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival time for checkin. Weren’t able to but meet me but a guide was provided that made it easy to access the building without them being there, any issues you can just ring them up. Room has aircon which was a lifesaver otherwise would’ve been melting. "

"This hotel is not a “hotel” in the traditional sense. The door to enter the building is a wicket door, which was our first safety concern, as I hit my head on it exiting the building. The hotel rooms are on the second floor of the building. There is a front counter, but the staff working there did not typically even look up as guests entered or left.
