"The room was very clean, comfortable and full of modern amenities. The front desk staff was kind and very helpful with tips for local food and shopping spots. My only complaint is that I did not stay here longer. Highly recommend this property when visiting Naples."

"We stayed 2 nights at Pala Suites in one of the double rooms (we were 4 people). The location was perfect: in the heart of the historic, cahotic, wonderful, and unique centro storico. Rooms were clean and functional. Staff was amazing: they even booked a restaurant for us. The little balcony was lovely!"

"Do not book this place. They market themselves as a bed and breakfast but what is really going on is that they have rooms in various apartment buildings across the neighborhood. There is no front desk, no breakfast location and the instructions to get into these buildings are very complicated. The first room I had was in a bad location that felt unsafe and my room did not have a window. It had an opening to a porch space that was completely inhospitable. "This property is in an excellent location, steps away from the metro and shops/restaurants and cafes are all walkable. Although it faces into a busy square, the windows are soundproof and we weren’t bothered on a Saturday night with lots going on. The bedding is luxurious, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. It was a perfect spot to stay for a night before hopping on the ferry to the coast. Will recommend to our friends and family! "

"The location was excellent. It was very well maintained. There is a kitchenette if you are inclined to cook. It also has a washer and dryer which was handy. Luigi provides all essential amenities. He was very responsive with any inquiries. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Our stay was fantastic. "

Even in the midst of the Napoli chaos (which I love) and vibrant nightlife, it was quiet and a safe area with a gate/code entry system. The room had air conditioning, comfortable bed/pillows and a good shower. We will stay here again on our next visit."

Hän oli muutoinkin erittäin avulias ja antoi hyviä vinkkejä Napolin kohteista. Saimme jopa pitää huoneemme hieman pidempään lähtöpäivänä ilman lisämaksua, joka oli hieno kädenojennus. Aamiainen oli maukas ja huoneessa oli ilmastointi, mikä teki hyvää helteisellä säällä. Vahva suositus tälle majapaikalle!"

"Highly recommend this hotel. Although in the centre of Naples it is very quiet. The only noise was delightful....from birds and children. The rooms and common areas are all well renovated and spotless. The bed was very comfortable with high quality linens. All staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We did have a little trouble identifying the hotel when the taxi dropped us off down the street outside but once close by the person at the entrance was helpful and assured...

"We arrived late at night and with no instruction from staff as to how to enter the property it was pretty scary, given the neighbourhood. It would have been helpful to have been provided a gate code before check in to ensure we weren't standing outside of the property in the middle of the night for so long."
