"The room was large, well lit, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The reception member of staff was helpful. We enjoyed staying near the cathedral and other architectural attractions. The downside was the the three flights of stairs up to the Smart Suite."

"This is a great hotel. Very modern and clean in a classy office building and good location near the historic district. The service was great and friendly by everyone. Special thanks to the concierge Marco for going above and beyond with suggestions on restaurants, tours and easiest directions to get to the things we wanted to do. All the restaurants he suggested were very good and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend and will stay there again. "

"We only had one night to spend in Naples before catching our flight back to the USA. We took ferry from Sorrento to Port of Naples. This B&B was within walking distance of the port. We then walked to National Archaeological museum. All walking from this location was very easy and convenient. The property itself was nice. The owner, Federico, was very helpful and kind. "Great location in the city. Close to key areas for food and travel. The completely virtual check in worked ok for us (maybe trickier for less digitally confident people). The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Had a couple of small issues that didn't get fixed but we knew we'd booked a relatively basic stay so nothing that drastically impacted our stay. "I really enjoyed staying here. I’ve been travelling Italy alone and Francesca was extremely helpful giving me advice on where to visit and how to get there, where to eat and if I needed any tours booked. Very comfy cozy room. The location was very convenient - close to attractions and a metro station next to port so easy to do day trips on the ferry to Positano, Carpi or Ishcia plus being right next to a supermarket."

"Enjoyed the property. Elevator needs to have a better mechanism to automatically close the doors. Many times during our stay Elevator users would not close the doors properly when disembarking, so when someone else on a different level tried to call the elevator it would not respond. As a result you would have to use the staircase which became quite annoying."
