"Very small room with weird smell. Staff is useless and just wants to get rid of you. You hear everything going down the hallway and rooms around, no noise insulation in the room. Super loud air system. Miniature closet and bathroom, even smaller than European standards!"

The property is clean and well maintained, so it feels luxurious, and it’s right downtown in the loop so you have easy access to anything you may want to experience in Chicago. "Nice hotel but Junior Suite couch bed was very uncomfortable. Could feel the springs so we made it back into a couch and 2 of us had to sleep on it. For the price for the room, over $300. It definitely was not worth it."
