"The room was clean had an excellent view of the city. The staff was friendly and gave excellent customer service .The breakfast was great liked the variety they served.The bartenders was nice drinks were good ,but alittle pricey.Overall it was a pleasant stay."

"I really liked the location. I traveled solo, and felt safe even when coming back at night. The hotel was nice, but the carpet floor had a Urine smell, it was not nice to go to my room and smell it everyday. Overall everything was fine, my room had a good view, and the staff were good. I recommend it you are on a budget, but honestly I feel I could have found a better hotel for the price I paid for it."

"Me and wife stay 3 nights is Hampton Inn from Aug 31 to Sept3 2026.It is 40 stories hotel. The hotel location is excellent, beautiful in Chicago, very close to Michgan Ave Magnificent Mile, the most beautiful area, high rise buildings and shopping stores. Close to Lake, close to chicago River side, close to Millennium park. Breakfast was ok, not high level, just so, so, Baggage in and out room service was not available when we reached we took our own bags to room. No swimming pool was available. Close to hospital block, .For food Asian food Indian restaurant available on walking distance. I recommend this hotel to tourists coming for Chicago buildings, and other attractions. Mahboob Mian Canada."

"We felt the Holiday Inn was quite the bang for the buck. Close enough to the train stations to be convenient, but not so far out of the city to take a long time. Access to Chicago proper was very easy, and there were a lot of good and reasonably priced restaurants in the Evanston area. Rooms are comfortable & reasonably clean"
