I only stayed one night so my experience was limited, but the gentleman who checked me in was excellent, the room was great, I liked the couch and the fridge. I’m usually guided by price when I choose hotels, but thiswill definitely be high on my list next time I visit Chicago, and I try to visit often.

The property and building is so old. The fitness room was on a 40th floor and it looked like a horror film up there. The AC units are allowed and noisy in the room, but the views are amazing

This hotel is ideally located 1/2 block from Michigan Avg. and walking distance to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious with well equipped kitchen and full size fridge/freezer. I stayed on 26th floor and the cleaning lady Elisabeta was extremely helpful and friendly, made my stay really pleasant. My only observation is that the furniture in common areas and dining room was worn out and dirty, the place looked dated, but I heard they were planning renovations. Will definitively stay there again!

If you can get the City view suite, the view was worth it. We were on the 34 floor and saw the skyscrapers both day and lite up at night. The staff were wonderful, always pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The hotel was about a 20 minute walk ego the navy pier, 10 minute walk to 360. Was about a 40 to 45 minute walk to the bean but was a scenic walk. Five minute walk to Harry potter and the 5 story Starbucks. About 20 minute walk to the river taxis. Needless to say we walked a lot everyday. Our room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was basic. Would stay again !

The best part of this hotel was the location. Only few steps away from the Michigan Avenue, we had a good time walking around the town and shopping. The free breakfast was also great with very decent selection of continental breakfast buffet and drinks. The only downside would be the age of the rooms and facilities. Not really too bad but it has seen its age. Would be a really great hotel with new renovations.

Terrific place to stay. Amazing staff were so helpful. The gal at the Valet Desk was literally running to get our vehicle - she and the valet staff were all amazing. Great area- so close to everything: Michigan Ave; Riverwalk, Navy Pier, great restaurants and bars, amazing shopping.

Excellent location, safe, clean room and helpful employees. It's a downtown location so the lobby is narrow and the carpets are worn out- not a complaint.merely an observation. Multiple restaurants at walking distance with a Chipotle right next to the lobby area. Happy with the breakfast timing ( 6 am to 10 am) and options provided.

This hotel was soooooooo nice and comfortable! The staff was soooo nice and accommodating! 10s across the board. Perfect for me, my 80 year old mom and my young son. We had so much fun and we definitely will stay there again when in Chicago.
