I liked that the train station was close (red line) and was walking distance to magnificent mile and bus transportation. The hotel also provided light refreshments which really nice. The hotel was pretty much walking distance to a lot of the attractions I wanted to see on my visit.

Property was kept nice. Breakfast had a good Amount of Choices to choose from. The only thing We did not like were the beds, so uncomfortable and the bedding was terrible. Pillows were Paper thin. Other than that staff was nice and friendly.

We really loved our stay in Chicago and the location is perfect. The staff at the property were excellent especially the breakfast staff BUT the rooms could use updating especially when it comes to old dirty furniture and a very very uncomfortable pullout bed. A little change there and it would definitely be five stars!

The staff were wonderful, very helpful, friendly, and efficient. The suite was perfect for traveling with our grandson and he greatly enjoyed the pool. The breakfasts were well done and the Wednesday night snacks that were provided were the perfect end to a day. The hotel location was great for visiting all the attractions we came to see.

Most of the staffs were nice and polite, however the facilities were not up to standard and the breakfast varieties were a total disappointment. I was over charged for the suite and discovered all the suites were basically the same and the studio suite are better than the bigger 1bed suites. On the nights I stayed, it was available for around 109$ but I was charged over 303$ …I never saw any cleaners cleaning rooms during my stay and the bathtub was disgustingly rough. The location is okay, so if paying a very reasonable price about of not more than 100$ for a suite, then it can be tolerated… but anything higher will be a complete ripoff.
