"La stanza che ci è stata assegnata non era nemmeno pubblicizzata sulla piattaforma; non abbiamo visto nessuna foto. Il proprietario ci ha lasciati alla porta per oltre un'ora senza sapere cosa fare, senza rispondere al telefono. La pulizia era buona, ma la stanza era piena di muffa. "Really beautiful property and wonderful room. Hotel is immaculately clean and we thought the hotel had been renovated to a beautiful finish. We let the hotel know we were staying for our 10 year anniversary, and a bottle of Prosecco was left in our room with a note, which was extremely kind. A great location to stay in, just across the river. Passcode is provided for front door so can come and go as please. Have booked to stay in again in October!"
