"if you plan to leave the property know that there aren't many taxi or Ubers available and you will spend a lot of money alone on transportation. the rooms were cheap but the rides were more so in all fairness I would stay closer to Florence where there is more available transportation like a bus route. it took a long time to find a taxi to the train station and we spent almost double what we paid for the stay just to get a ride. "

"You are paying for the view!!!! This hotel was not worth the money spent in my opinion. The hotel staff was not very accommodating, though the restaurant staff was lovely. We had to bring our luggage up to our room and back down during check in and check out — no one even offered and trust me it was a hike to get it up there. Also they overcharged us at every turn. At their overpriced wine testing (which they were unprepared for our reservation, not set up and didn’t remember what we booked)...

"The property is gorgeous! Very remote, so expect a long drive (the direction we arrived from required us to drive on a winding unpaved gravel/dirt road for a few miles). It was also a little difficult to find—there aren’t very obvious signs at the road.
