"Everyone that we interacted with we great, obviously we had a little language barrier but they all spoke English very well, which was great because i do not know enough French. Location is very close to the train station which can get you almost anywhere in the Paris area.
For Americans: They have no ice machines. we had a fridge/freezer in our room and we used paper cups to make ice that fit perfectly into our water bottles."

Pro- location
Cons
- flat with strong smell of cigarette,
- no shampoo or shower gel (so expect to have to go out to buy the basics )
- half roll of toilet paper (again, remember to pack toilet paper, as this place does not provide it for your staying)
- stains on everything, covers, sofa, pillows. A bit disgusting as you don’t know if things are clean or just haven’t been washed properly.

"It was located in an excellent location! Within a 7 minute walk to the Louvre, and a 20 minutes walk to La Notre Dame. The apartment was also surrounded by a variety of restaurants, and within close walking distance to a fully stocked grocery and bakery, and was literally across the street from a metro train station.
My only complain was that as a senior couple I found the apartment was not sound proofed enough to drown out nightly external sounds, and the elevator was super small…only one...

"This hotel had a kitchen, which was very convenient. It was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, with easy access to the metro and buses, yet it was very quiet, making our stay very comfortable.
The staff were also very kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked if they could hold our luggage, but they told us the room was already ready and kindly allowed us to check in early.
