"Kept awake by maintenance hammering in the room above us to 11pm then woken up again to the sound of hammering and power tools at 8am in the morning. Room was not soundproof as we could hear people arguing in the room beside us. Hallway carpets covered in stains."

"Good, clean room, on the small side but what you would expect with the room descriptions. Quick check in. Lacking tea/coffee and pens etc from rooms which would have been nice."

"Initial problems with key card not working but staff sorted quickly and efficiently. Room bright, fresh and clean, beds very comfortable. Shame no pillow protectors though. Also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which surprised me for a 4 star rating. Drinks machine at reception for additional charge Great location, would stay again "

"I struggled to rate this hotel fairly. It is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean. The location is perfect. It is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and about a 20-minute walk to most theaters. The reason I won’t stay here again is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear every conversation in the room next to us, and it seemed as if they were speaking in a “regular” volume. We could hear every room in our vicinity’s doors closing in the hallway. Also no air conditioning so you will most likely need to sleep with your window open. One night, there was a car alarm that went off for a long time. The hotel does leave ear plugs next to the bed, so I am sure they are aware of this issue."

"This was a return stay for us. We were happy from the last stay that's why we stayed at this property again for this trip. The included breakfast was good. Not just Continental breakfast. The hotel was quiet. Just a short walk from terminal 4 via a covered walkway. Terminal 4 is connected to the other terminals by free underground train."
