"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, close to shops/cafes/restaurants and tube station. Very close walk to tourist attractions like national history museum. Lift was handy for our pram. Only slight downside is the parking with a young family and carrying luggage to and from. But that's to be expected central London and not the hotels fault. Overall great comfortable stay. Thank you. All the staff were very very pleasant and the hotel might require an update after the covid recovery but it’s very clean warm comfortable and value for money Thank you "
