"I discovered blood stains on the comforter on my son's bed after he slept the entire night in that bed. When I informed the woman at the front desk, she didn't seem remotely surprised and just said she would inform the housekeeping staff. It made me wonder if this is a common occurrence... We definitely won't be returning."

"I wanted to love this hotel because it was so cute, but we had a lot of inconveniences. First of all, our room had a cat pee smell that we could hardly stand. We tried to turn the heat on because the room was very cold, but it had a burning smell, so we left it off. The remote for the TV didn’t work so we had to watch one channel.
