It’s secluded and yet not far from a very charming little village with some amazing and humble people. The place is great for a quick getaway from it all. Super charming. Pablo is awesome as the desk clerk and waiter/bar tender.

Pablo goes above and beyond!!!! Stay here. Do not even look at any other options. We have stayed all over the world and this place is absolutely a piece of Paradise. Its in the middle of the jungle which is perfect after a long day of exploring the Mayan ruins in Tulum. The resturant is great and I can not express how awesome Pablo is. 10 out of 10

We actually stayed at the nearby sister-property Magic Xcacel. Pablo "Mr. Everything" and his staff made us feel at home, and added a personal warmth that is often missing in hotels. The property was secluded and very peaceful, and provided us with everything we needed. I would highly recommend it!

Relaxing and very nice stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at Xcacel Dream Jungle Suites, it is very intimate with only a few rooms, relatively big pool and facilities. The rooms are spacious, clean and stylish, and have a private terrace in addition. The bed was also very nice. The pool area was chic and relaxing, Pablo and the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. It is an intimate setting and it didn’t feel like being in a hotel. Hearing the crickets at night and seeing colorful birds in the trees in the morning was a nice touch 😍. We would definitely stay here again, also consider renting the whole place with a group for some days, seems perfect for that.

Un par de tramos en el camino a llegar aún son de terracería y en medio de la selva, pero si vas en tu propio vehículo es sencillo llegar, lugar super tranquilo, relajante, agradable, hay mosquitos como en toda la riviera en esta temporada, las camas están duras, pero el ambiente es tan agradable que logras descansar y como no hay televisión en las habiyno hay ruidos fuera de la naturaleza. El propietario muy atento, nos oriento de los cenotes cercanos y recomendó playas poco concurridas y muy bellas.

La calidad de sus instalaciones y servicio es excelente, el edén en medio de la selva. La propiedad esta como a 1 km de la carretera, es para manejar a 10 km/h . La alberca y todo el entorno esta bien diseñado y con buenos muebles en todo el lugar. La comida muy rica y suficiente. Espero regresar pronto al lugar. Son solo 6 habitaciones, asi que el servicio es privado.

Double Booked and Turned Away

We arrived on the night of our reservation at 10:45pm. The guaranteed reservation confirmation stated we could check in until 11:30pm. Upon ringing the doorbell, the staff said they were full and would not be able to accommodate us. We showed them our confirmation, they got on the phone with the owner, and there was generally a lot of confusion about why they were double booked. After about 45 minutes sitting in the courtyard, the owner arranged for us to stay at a hotel around the corner for the night, free of charge, which we were thankful for, though it was not nearly the same quality as the hotel we’d expected. The next morning, we made a reservation elsewhere. We did not loose any money and we would have loved to stay at this beautiful hotel, but needless to say, the experience was very inconvenient. We weren’t able to get ahold of the staff ahead of time with their WhatsApp number (it would just ring and ring…), but do try to call ahead and verify your reservation before arriving! I’m sure if you do that, the stay will be lovely.

We loved this place! It was tastefully decorated, small, quiet, relaxing, well staffed, and had great food and amazing margaritas! We spent most of our time at the pool as everyone else there left for the day. It was like our own private hotel. We were well taken care of by the attentive staff, never wanting for anything. We would definately stay here again! I almost cried having to leave this place.

Experiencia única en la riviera maya

Una experiencia de 10. Un Hotel increible en el que pudimos estar diez noches. El trato es exquisito por parte de Primi y Pablo así como el chef o la camerista. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento, si buscáis tranquilidad, habitaciones únicas y una piscina prácticamente para ti, este es tu hotel. El restaurante del hotel tiene una carta exquisita en el que no te puedes cansar de probar los platos porque están deliciosos.el hotel es tal como se ven en las fotos, lleva un año abierto y cuidan hasta el último detalle. En nuestra estancia todo ha estado perfecto y volveríamos sin dudarlo a parte del hotel los dueños tienen Un beach club en una de las mejores playas de la Riviera maya, xpu ha,en el que pudimos disfrutar de el durante nuestra estancia.
