Currently roadworks outside so loud noise (reversing lorries, music, machines etc) from 5.30 am so be aware if you want to sleep and ask for a room on the other side of the building. It doesnt look much from the outside but inside it's lovely, I use it for business trips ...
Two Training members of staff were left on the reception, they were doing a great job but I saw a man giving them a hard time as they weren’t sure of a process - I feel it was unfair for them to be left.
Didn’t like the fact couldn’t swim in the morning because of pool facilities being rented out for outside private function
Beautiful property and loved our room. The room had everything you need and more. Very large and comfortable room in the main house. Breakfast was slso very good with really good quality ingredients.
We had a one-night stay in the 4-bed family room in a block of 5 rooms situated behind the pub. Room is not exactly Premier Inn but at £80 for the night was very good value, with TV, en-suite bath and power shower, plenty of towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo.
