"This was our first time to Savannah and this property was not in the heart of Historic District, but that was okay. Other than some traffic noise, it was quiet and out of the main area. We could walk to eating places and the Forsyth Park. It was centrally located to drive any where and the place was nicely decorated and well stocked with items you might need. Alot of thought went into this place. It has a nice little courtyard in the back to take a break from all the running around we did....

"The home was clean and decorative. The property owner and maintenance personnel were very welcoming and gave information on local activities and good restaurants. I would recommend this property to others."

"The Daiquiri Hideaway was AMAZING. It really was a hideaway but right off the main street in Tybee with a location easily walkable to all of the restaurants, bars, beach and pier. It included a wonderful kitchen, dining area, and living room with a large screen TV featuring every imaginable screaming channel. The bedrooms and bath were excellent as well. It was also easy to access."

"I hate to give bad reviews but upon arrival we discovered several of the beds had large rodent poo on them. Master bedroom 1st floor, bunk beds, one of the twins and the double sized bed. We contacted the property manager and I was super nice I just asked if they would change the sheets and provide us with cleaner. They said absolutely, but a guys showed up and dropped off the sheets no cleaner. We made due but My wife and girls did not sleep well. I mentioned this to the propoerty manager...

"Quiet property off the beaten path. Beds were comfortable. Loved the 1st and 2nd floor porches with ample, comfortable seating. The upstairs shower didn’t work so we all had to use one bathroom for showers. The ping pong area could use some sprucing up."
