"We booked a reservation thru expedia for the company trip. when we arrived we were unable to get in. we contacted the property manager and she advise that the place had already been reserved by someone also even though we received confirmation of our stay and credit card charged. she said there is nothing i could do. very unprofessional and we will never book with them again "

"The house was as described and was conveniently located to the beach and other areas of interest. The house was clean and furnished nicely. The only issue was that the king bed had issues with squeaking loudly when you moved. We enjoyed our stay."

"I hate to give bad reviews but upon arrival we discovered several of the beds had large rodent poo on them. Master bedroom 1st floor, bunk beds, one of the twins and the double sized bed. We contacted the property manager and I was super nice I just asked if they would change the sheets and provide us with cleaner. They said absolutely, but a guys showed up and dropped off the sheets no cleaner. We made due but My wife and girls did not sleep well. I mentioned this to the propoerty manager...
