"Breakfast was excellent! Impressive they can coordinate all those different food items and guests. Staff was respectful, friendly and well organized. Rooftop bar had great vibe and atmosphere and views with really good food and adult drinks. We loved the nachos and the martinis. Glass floor at roof top bar was fun and popular. Room was surprisingly very quiet despite the very busy location. Views from windows were spectacular. The beds were foam mattresses and very comfortable to sleep on. It’s a massive hotel with a lot of foot traffic on the rooftop bar and outside on Gran Via. The pool is small, but considering it’s a roof top pool, that’s probably normal to be that size. The vibe is big and busy. But there are plenty of wonderful things to say about the hotel."

"I was disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning appeared to be unstable, and both the lobby and sleeping areas were uncomfortably hot throughout my visit. The bathroom facilities were particularly concerning. Ventilation was extremely poor, leaving the area damp and humid. The shower doors did not extend all the way to the floor, causing water to spill across the linoleum flooring throughout the shower area. This constant moisture appeared to contribute to mold growth in multiple locations. The showers themselves were also not clean, which further added to the overall impression of poor maintenance. I was also frustrated by the towel policy. The sign at the front desk stated that towels cost €3 and suggested this covered the day, but in practice I was charged €3 each time I needed a towel. This was not clearly communicated. Additionally, I requested a lower-floor sleep capsule due to mobility issues and difficulty climbing, but my request was denied. This made my stay unnecessarily difficult and less accessible. Overall, the cleanliness, ventilation, temperature control, and customer service did not meet my expectations. I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it to travelers seeking a comfortable or accessible accommodation."
