"The hotel is beautiful, has really large and well decorated rooms, amazing bathrooms, large balconies, and once you walk outside, you have a breathtaking view of Mount Matterhorn and the river that goes thru the village. The breakfast is great, you get your money's worth. With all this said, the only reason the hotel did not receive a 5 star review was an incident that could have been handled better. My mother-in-law took the stair case but forgot to bring the room key with her. The stair case...

"It’s a good, clean hotel with nice beds and healthy variety in breakfast. hotel is a little on the north side of the Centre which is helpful in making it noise free and peaceful. Free pick up and drop off from/to the station by booking is great and necessary as it’s a bit far from the station. Only downside is that the staff are not flexible with requests and we felt are too rigid with rules. Also no air conditioning but you can open the windows for cooler air during nights. "
