"This was an experience like no other and exceptional in every way. Staff were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The building itself is like a museum (it actually was until the 1970s!) so expect to see genuine historical art on the walls, remnants of Inka stonework, original colonial architecture. "Go through the double doors and straight ahead. The sign is small on the door. Extremely nice and helpful family run property. We had a court yard room on second floor (201). Room was very quaint and nice. They have soap, hair soap and lotion (and hair dryer). Bed was comfy and nice. In room safe. Breakfast (free) is made to order and was amazing. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great place close to everything in Cusco. 100% recommend staying here. "

"The room was beautiful and the balcony was nice to let air in. The bathroom was very nice, I am 71 and had no issues. I am a solo traveler and appreciated they didnt bother me! They have hot water for tea, coffee and water out for you too. They store luggage there too."
