Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us
We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility.

Good service with sincerity and warmth and an overall comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. Every day during my 7-day stay at this hotel, and after a hectic day-out, I looked forward to coming back to the Zen atmosphere of the hotel.

Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. Good view from the room and the check-in and check-out is by system which is easy to use and fast. No breakfast is provided but the hotel do have a cafe if you need meal.
