"Hotel was excellent. Perfect location for seeing Nashville and conveniently located very centrally between both the Gulch and Broadway. Our experience was only slightly affected by the lower than expected quality of the cleaning services. Our rooms were not cleaned well and we had to ask for toilet paper on several occasions as it was not actively replenished. The coffee machines are excellent but there was not enough creamer supplied. Our glasses were also not cleaned or replaced, which was disappointing. "
