"The property is extremely well located downtown. College TTC station is steps away. Only issue was parking. Lot under tbe hotel was $40 per night. Parked in public garage nearby for way less!"

"We contacted the hotel to confirm our room reservation and after speaking with the from desk they stated that they could not find our reservation. We then went and checked into the Best Western. I checked our Expedia once in our room at the Best Western and found our confirmation for the Crowne Plaza. I contact the hotel back and spoke with the same lady who told me she wasn’t speaking with me. They would not refund our money and the lady at the front desk was rude and short with me on the phone. We will not book with this chain again. Very disappointing experience."
