"We booked our stay well in advance for a family event. Checked in early, and was told a crib for our infant would be up in a few minutes. Two hours later at the crib did not arrive. We stopped by the front desk again and they told us the crib would be right up another hour later they told us they would have to check with another hotel to borrow a crib. Another hour and a half later, they told us that we would not be able to get a crib. What were we supposed to do with our infant? They advise...

"The bad first, the bathrooms could have been cleaner and the reception could have been more helpful. The bathrooms were obviously not well maintained, there was pink mold on the corners of the shower and crumbs of things in the sink. The room was otherwise clean. There was a master switch for the room and nothing works until you turn it on. Fine, but the reception should have said so, it was on a piece of paper they hand you at check in, but who reads a whole print out before turning on the...

"This hotel is outdated. The rooms are hard to keep clean bc of normal wear and tear. The sheets don’t even fit the king beds. So each morning I woke with part of the bed exposed. Location is what attracts folks to this property but it is challenging to say the least. We experienced down elevators, broken gates in the parking garage and bubbling toilets and every time we turned on the faucets there was a grumbling loud noise. "Very clean, safe, wonderful staff"

"The stay was ok nothing spectacular to write about, needed to UBER to downtown as I would not recommend using the local bus or walking due to safety concerns. The staff was generally nice. The TV in the room did not have all channels working, they seemed blocked, also the volume was extremely low even though it was on max volume. We did not get house keeping daily, there was no where to hang up our towels (party of 6), so we had to call to get clean towels delivered nightly."

"I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right."

"Pool was broken, looked like for a long time.. didnt seem like a plan was inplace to get it working.. there was a $100 deposit that was not stated before or at the time of booking, carpet in room made feet and socks black/dirty, showers drain did not drain quickly, the tub filler/over head water selector was broken and shower head was spraying everywhere. Smelly room from neighbors pot smoking."

"This hotel was fine for our one-night stopover in Annapolis. Location was good with plenty of free parking. The room was spacious, although fairly basic. Beds were clean and comfortable. On the down side, the foyer of the hotel wasn't very clean when we visited. Perhaps someone had just been in with dirty shoes on but the carpet seemed a bit grubby. Breakfast was very basic. So fine for a stopover but don't expect anything fancy."

"Pickup at airport within 20 minutes. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable. What stood out above and beyond were the staffs commitment to the customer. From the first shuttle driver to the gal that has 2 sons all were cheerful and very friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this hotel with these staff members. Love from Michigan and Wales. You guys rocked it out!!!!!!"
