"Es un Hotel magnifico ❤️"

"We loved our 1st floor Oceanfront Queen suite (room 109), however, getting TO the room was a chore. If you have anyone in your party who can not walk LONG distances, this room is NOT for you. You have to take the elevator up one floor, go down a long hallway and around 2 corners to another elevator. Take that elevator back down to the 1st floor and around several corners to arrive at the room. It was beautiful and updated. We loved that the bedroom had a door for privacy from the sitting area...

"Pool closed early while swimming. Ice cream machine was broken. Elevator was broken."

"Room listings state they have curtains and they did not, rooms were very bright overnight. Pool needs rules better enforced. Two kids went underwater at no fault of anyone but neglectful parents that should have been physically in the pool with their young toddlers. Other families had to help rescue kids at no fault of the lifeguard but the rules definitely need to be enforced much better. "

"The restaurant was closed for construction. This location had a Starbucks that was closed as well, the staff couldn't even provide complimentary coffee in the morning while their food sources were shut down. Forced to walk off property to a fast food place for our morning coffee at these prices! Also charged us for parking in the hotel garage when it was 90% empty! $10 a night that Expedia did not list either."

"Beach view, clean room, good staff and the pool was good, my only concern was the pillows were smelly."

"The room was really clean and I liked the walk in shower. All of the staff were really helpful and answered all of our questions. It was hard to regulate the room temperature. That was the only thing we didn't like. The food was good at Bread and Butter Cafe and the casino had a lot of slot machines that were good. We will be back next year!"

"I had a great time for the most part, I enjoyed the hotel except for the fact that the pool was being renovated so no pool access. I was looking forward to taking my little one, but instead had to look else where for indoor pool. The food and drinks are top tier. Love it!"
