"This is an excellent location for the nightly rate. Every hotel inside the beltway was 300+ a night plus parking fees and no continental breakfast. No, not a big buffet lineup of items to eat but good coffee and muffins. The rooms are clean and the maid service great. Negative was no glasses in the room or extra blankets. For the money this room was worth it. We will stay there again!"

"Lovely property - super clean and well maintained. King size bed suite was spacious and ample for our family of three (2 adults, 1 toddler). Only negative is that the parking is extortionate ($24 for the night) and there is no real suitable alternative parking nearby leaving you no option but to accept the rate."

"My hotel room wasn’t clean, smelled and looked like previously used sheets was just rewrapped on the bed. Found make up stains and items while checking for bed bugs before I laid on it. Found sticky residue in the cups that was suppose to be new at the bathroom sink. Overall I think the housekeeper cut corners and didn’t change the bed lining nor vaccum etc. When I called front desk it felt like I was bothering them and the back and forth felt frustrating. "The rooms were very well kept, and very comfortable. The buffet at Embassy never disappoints and the added happy hour time was a plus. Location is excellent and near plenty of places to shop and eat. Even if you don't use the valet there are lots near by. I will definitely bring my family back for another stay and visit, because D.C. is beginning to be out new getaway spot."

"You have to pay for breakfast but the selection was good. Pay to park. Rooms need some love. Wallpaper is coming off the walls. The only ice machine is on 7th floor. Rooms had some odors. Room clean. Bathroom sink slow draining. Hilton Hotels usually have a higher standard. This one not so much. Staff was great! "

"The hotel is clean and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. Its location is unbeatable. You can walk to many DC sites, the metro station is 5 minutes away. The only downside in the room is that, while the open space design is cool and modern, it gives very little privacy when using the bathroom. This fcould be inconvenient if you are not traveling alone."
