"Perfect. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and spacious and beautiful with a muraled ceiling. Everyone spoke English, the breakfast was just right, and they even made us a to go breakfast bag on departure day. We stayed for one week and walked everywhere. The location is within a few minutes of most everything. We would split our day up and always came back to the room for a breather."

"Breakfast was amazing! Staff were friendly and it was open late for us to get checked in around midnight after a late flight which was super convenient. 6 minute walk in the morning to see Il Duomo. Be prepared for stairs, which we were, as there are quite a few of them - wouldn't be easy for people with mobility issues but we were fine and knew they were coming :) Room was very quiet, bed comfy, shower hot and everything clean. Was perfect for our one night stay in Florence!"

"Fantastic location! 10 min walk to train station, the Duomo, and all the shopping. Great restaurants near by, Ciro and dons was amazing and it’s on the same street. The hotel used to be a private palace and it’s kept much of its original character. Breakfast in the garden was just perfect. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back! "
