"The only reason we stayed in mono was because we needed to be at mono lake early in the morning. But just stay in Mammoth! There was a huge narrow flight of stairs to get to our room that was on a hill with no pathway. I called and asked the front if we could switch to a room with no stairs. There was no way I could carry my luggage up them. She was rude and unhelpful. She said there were no other rooms, even though they were advertising available rooms.
