Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Our first trip to Mammoth, and this was a great place to stay. Clean condos with friendly staff. Located within a shopping area, it was easy to grab something to eat, jump in the pool, fitness centers, and shop! Located near grocery shopping and the downtown area was easy to get to.

The property was very quite,great central location. The front desk was pleasant and helpful. Walkable to many eating places. Views were so pretty. Only negative was that the main ice machine was broken for the four days we were there.

This is the 3rd year in a row I have stayed here for a night on the way up north. I love it because of being surrounded by mountains, trees and the crisp alpine air. There are restaurants and shops in this large lodge complex so once I park I do t have to go out again. The room is well stocked, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is informative and professional.
