"The room was perfect. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The staff, from reception to restaurant wait people and Spa attendants were very gracious and welcoming. We could not have had a better experience overall. One note, however, the Jackalope kitchen was under repair so the menu was somewhat limited and our breakfast arrived cold. When we mentioned it to our waiter, he was very apologetic and we were not charged for the meal. I am sure once all the renovations are completed...

"This location is nice and cozy. It's right in the forest so you feel secluded from the traffic. The cabins are separated into 2 rooms in one cabin like a duplex. The room decor however creeped us a little l. There was a skull on the dresser and the rustic fan was weird to look at. I still enjoyed the place very much. The spa was relaxing and the breakfast they serve was so great we finished everything we got. Also the shared kitchen is nice. We brought some food for us to cook. Nice concept....

"Everything stood out and was a wonderful experience for my family. The staff was courteous friendly and helpful- especially Jesse. He went way out of his way for us with helping our son out with a souvenir he wanted. Our room was spacious clean perfect and cozy. We really enjoyed sitting on our porch looking at the beautiful landscape, walking around the property, enjoying buffet dinner and breakfast and loved our experience with the sunset horseback ride.
