"We booked two rooms for one night. This was our second stay at the property. During our first visit, we had a great experience with no issues, so we were looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, our second stay was not as enjoyable. We had double room and a Family room (bungalow). The service was good, rooms were clean, and the team was polite.
