"I have been to this Hotel twice already and planning to return as the area is unique. The hotel is properly position, close to everything you need but far enough so you are not bother by noise and crowd of people. The staff is amazing and the hotel speaks for itself. Beautiful luxurious and breath taking. Thank you for the amazing stay."

"In Cascais, this is perfectly located. 5 mins walk to the city center for all the restaurants and shops but just around the corner where this is private and quiet. Also had to beat is that this sits across a park on one side, and then a walled fortress in front where the area has been converted to contain some specialty shops within a plaza. The staff are great, the area safe, and the breakfast and pastries were a delight!"

"The staff is friendly and super helpful. The restaurant is beautiful and very much worth having a meal at. The hotel is conveniently located. Parking is a challenge. You'll need to unload luggage if you are traveling by car and then park in a municipal garage a few blocks away. Be careful about parking in the 15-minute zone a few doors down and definitely don't park in the pace reserved for ambulances. Aside from that, we loved our stay at the Pergola."

"We had an amazing 3 night break at Casa Vela and would highly recommend. Excellent location - approx 10 min to walk to downtown Cascais. The studio was very clean (and cleaned every day) and private. The staff team were lovely and very helpful. We plan to return again next summer. The only minor downside was that the kitchenette had very little in the way of utensils (basic pots and pans, cutlery and sharp knives only) there were no cloths to wipe the surfaces and no condiments...

"What a lovely place to stay in Cascais! The staff were friendly, attentive, and responsive to our needs. The room was on the smaller side, but did not feel cramped and was well-maintained. Breakfasts are fresh, tasty, and always include fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, pastries/baked goods, juices and a menu of benedicts, avocado toast (with mango!), pancakes, etc. Margarida deserves special mention for her friendliness and great sense of humor!"

"Well we stayed at the Pergola boutique due to issues at thier sister boutique. Last minute they arranged our room and everyone was fantastic. Best hospitality we have ever received at short notice . The staff was very nice kind and polite 😊. I will definitely come back . This was the best spot in Cascais out of 4 spots i have stayed at . Cheers 🍻 "

"The welcome at check in was wonderful (a particular shout out to Dean). We actually added a night as we loved Cascais so much and again Dean was very helpful. The breakfast, paid separately and taken in the cafe opposite, was exceptional value albeit slightly limited in scope. Again lovely staff in the cafe. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation"

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
