"Looks nicer in the photos than it actually is. Floors were dirty, bed/sofa bed very uncomfortable and hard. We were only provided two towels for 3 people and no pillows or sheets or a blanket for the sofa bed. We went the first 24 hours without hot water and our toilet stopped working at one point. We were let into another unit to use their hot water (there wasn’t any) and found that our unit did not have a toaster or coffee maker like that one did. If you wanted a towel changed out or more toilet paper you had to message for it. No wash rags or any of the toiletries (shampoo, body wash, etc) you get at a typical hotel. This was absolutely bare minimum."

The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Alvero in the bar/restaurant was especially wonderful and made our stay really special. It was my birthday and they presented us with wine, fruit and cake.
