"This boutique hotel is beautiful! Everything is curated so beautifully, it's in a great neighborhood, and feels safe! They have a lovely "honesty bar," tea in the garden, and amazing staff! One of the staff members, Anna was hospitable and kind--when I wasn't feeling well, she asked the cleaning staff to clean my room first and got me earlier! Don't hesitate to stay here. It's a beautiful unique place."

"Loved it! A bit dark inside the actual hotel but the room was perfect for a girls trip. We did the family suite with two bedrooms. The suite was super spacious. We loved the location because it wasn’t in the middle of everything but a quick walk to coffee etc. "

"Lapa is very nice and quiet neighborhood of Lisbon, no surprise many embassies chose Lapa. Hotel is a former palace, so they kept the style and ambiance. Probably not a preferred place for younger folks, but we loved it a lot"

"It was difficult to get any service or help on the weekend. We were out of toilet paper and couldn't find anyone to help. We had to go buy some. Too expensive to be ghosted like that. Never again."

"ラト駅やスーパーも近いので不便は感じなかった。最初に通された部屋が０階で窓は道路に面しているので木の格子戸がはまっており、換気はできるが真っ暗な部屋だった。寝るだけだからよいかと考えていたが、バスルームが臭かったので部屋を変えてもらった。すぐに対応してくれたので女性スタッフの対応は丁寧で悪くない。１階の部屋に変わったのだが、最初から鍵が怪しく、宿泊途中でドアノブが壊れた。男性スタッフに簡単にはめ込んだだけでOKと言われ不信感を持った。やはり最終日に再度ドアノブが飛んで壊れた。ちゃんと直してほしいですね。"

"The place is cozy and well situated, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Note to others, this hotel is located on a pedestrianized cobblestone street up a hill. Be prepared to walk. To me, that just added to the charm."

"This small BNB has a quiet elegance. Our room with a king size bed was on the ground floor with high ceilings and room to breathe. The bed was firm and the bathroom quite spacious. The star of the show is reception and the excellent people who staff the desk. Marianna, Jaoa and Angelino directed us around Lisbon and gave excellent advice and made reservations to insider places. The behind scenes staff provided great service including an excellent breakfast spread. This hotel is tiny,. intimate...

"The staff make this place shine more than anything else. The rooms are clean and the simple food options they provide are perfect; fresh coffee, fruits, bread, jams and occasionally a baked offering would appear in the kitchen. "The service at Dear Lisbon is above and beyond - the staff really want you to feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent, wine was very good, and the beds were comfortable. The only drawback is the rooms are quite small and there is little noise insulation. Earplugs helped with the noise and otherwise we had a wonderful stay. "
