"The air conditioning was broken for all 4 nights we stayed - the management gave no updates about when it would be fixed, and it honestly seemed like they did not actually call anyone to repair it. It was very hot (30+ degrees and humid due to no bathroom extractor fan) and we could not open the windows because of the mosquitos. It seems like this is a constant problem for this property based on other reviews, so beware. Other than that, the apartment was very clean, although a little run...

"Smooth check-in process. The room was clean and in great condition, and the AC was great for the summer. The accommodation is right next to Jardim Fialho de Almeida, in my opinion the best little park in Lisbon to relax or hang out in the evening when it gets livelier. There are also great restaurants and bars right around there. Having some shampoo or similar amenities provided would have made it absolutely perfect."

"staff was very good and helpful, stayed extra to help us check in as we had a late flight. cleanliness could’ve been better there was hairs on the bedding and some weird stains however did not smell. location was pretty good also, close to lots of restaurants and view points."

"Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...
