Location is great as it is accessible to shopping, restaurant and areas I need to be. The staff is very polite helpful and very attentive. The service in the restaurant and hotel are very impressive so far! Very happy on my stay!

The zipline was awesome, the hotel was very nice, and the staff was very professional.

Great stay and location. Old dried towels needs replaced. Had small problem with shower water flooding. Great WiFi and staff.

Location is good. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. We booked a Superior room but upgraded to Executive by paying PHP 320 as we were 3 in our family. The quality of the towels given in the rooms should be improved as they looked old.

The cleanliness,the ambiance and the staff was always polite and helpful and breakfast was really excellent..i highly recommend this hotel..

Rooms clearly in need of upgrade. Everything looked tired. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Perfect for Ayala Mall - easy walking distance. Would stay again.
