My geshhhhhh...
I expected a comfortable stay. Yup! the host is very responsive but sad to say the caretaker is very stressful. She knocks on our door at 6am even though we told her to just go in our unit by 8am because we go home late. theres no clothes iron and hair dryer available anytime even though I requested it before I booked the unit. The cups and utensils are dirty and the caretaker dont even try to replace it even its so dirty because of stains. And shes very unapproachable. for the unit, its so so... but needs cleaning.

The three condos we renred were conveniently located walking distance to SM City Cebu and close to pier terminal. Very pleased and very satisfied with our stay. The rental price per night is very affordable and reasonable. We highly recommend this place.

Daily power outage and bring a mop
This building is not old but it's falling apart. The power was put everyday for at least an hour. Was ok 15 floor had to take the stairs. The ceiling started leaking from the roof into the bed. Air conditioner drain was plugged and leaked into the couch and main floor. I told management but they ignored it. Finally after a few days of me messaging they took it serious and sent someone to repair it. Overall it'd not worth it. It is falling apart

写真と実物が大違い。部屋には虫もゴキブリもいて気持ち悪くて人に提供する部屋じゃない。泊まらず近くのホテルに移動した。お金の無駄。

1층 인포메이션 센터에 계신 분들은 친절했지만, 밤에 주변이 굉장히 으슥하고 어두컴컴해서 이동하기 무섭고, 방의 위생상태는 굉장히 엉망입니다. 화장실에서 바퀴벌레 발견했고, 침대시트도 눅눅해서 잠을 설쳤어요. 게다가 다음날 아침 나와서 옆 방 문앞에 대왕 바퀴벌레 죽어있는 것 목격하고 오만정 다 떨어졌어요. sm몰은 나름 가까웠어요. 그래도 다신 안 갈겁니다.
