"We booked because we were stranded sue to typhoon Basyang. The internet was very poor so Errors on the booking reservation that led to a double booking were not resolved because the property manager did not want to fix it. The second room was never offered even as we have paid for it. Never use Cebu Rooms with Aisha Osano. She was not accommodating and will never offer any solutions.
