"I booked this last minute due to a change in direction and although I thought I would hate this family hotel as a solo traveller, it was great. I loved that the beach area was quiet and the gym was empty. The room was standard layout and functional. For families this is a great hotel, lots to do! "I stayed 3 nights. I did notice the smell mentioned in the reviews before I booked. Only one person mentioned it. I Booked it anyhow. I figured when I got there that it’s probably the vent (I stayed on the 7th floor) cause it only smelled when the vent in the bathroom was on. "i been in many hotels in PH. lower price points are usually a big miss (aka bad hotels). this was surprisingly good. Felt like a much higher price point hotel. Room was clean, modern, good AC, no moldy smell, free water. I was very happy. no elevator, but staff helps with luggage in the stairs, so no issues. close to the airport, i will come back if i need to be close to the airport in the future! "
