"Unfortunately we had the unpleasant experience of staying at the Captiva Tower. So, no the pool was not enjoyable because of the sewer smell coming from the parking lot. I spoke to management and they did apologize for the lack of service, amenities and cleanliness of Captiva Tower and did refund some of our money. So, staff are great at the front desk."

"This is a 3 Star resort charging 4-5 Star prices, including a $40 resort fee per person, which is pretty high for a place under construction, without good walking paths, and charging very high prices for all food and drinks. Our floors had been swept, but not mopped - my feet got filthy walking barefoot in our room and I had to wash them just to get into bed. The beach is very nice, the pools are very nice, the staff is very nice, but overall, we had a mediocre experience and would not recommend this to our friends."

"Pool closed. Room in pretty tough condition. Cigarette burns. Stained sheets. Pubic hair in tub. No hangers. Missing a door on cabinet. No headboards on bed but older boards from previous headboards on other wall. Picture hangers without pictures. Tv worked! Would have left but prepaid and too late to find something else. "

"The floors in the room 207 had A lot of hair, when people are on vacation we do not appreciate staff poundong on the door at 8 15 am for housekeeping, Consider vacationers that are staying more than 1 day houskeeping can wait until later. a small lamp on bedside tables for reading would be appreciated"
