"The air con wasn't working, and I approached the staff and was told that they can't do anything. No staff was available to even look at the reason why the air con wasn't working. "This was budget accommodation and was adequate for sleeping and relaxing. The room was clean. Hot water took ages to arrive after turning on. The bathroom sink had a crack although did not leak. The front door lock was stiff and sometimes the door bolt would get stuck inside the faceplate - it had to be banged to get it to release."

"Neat and tidy room, very friendly staff and super quiet place to stay. Bathroom is very small, but great water pressure. Centrally located and easy to find. Make sure you bring your own toiletries. Its the little things that could be improved on like dusting skirting boards and making sure there is enough coffee and milk for the occupants for the duration of their stay"
