"We loved this hotel! So comfortable and has a lovely wine bar in the lobby. Great location walkable to a lot of sites and points of interest. My bed was so comfortable and the shower was great pressure (which is very important to me). I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Lovely helpful staff"

"The breakfast was amazing with well balanced options of yogurt, nuts, fruits, freshly made omelette, bread and coffee. The location was the second best part of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable as well and looked to be of premium quality as we had very good sleep! Overall a great stay! "

"Located just off Plaza Mayor, on Calle Mayor. Very convenient to some sights (Plaza Mayor, Sol, Palace & Opera) and to metro subway which was fast to further sights. It was safe in an extremely busy area. Our room was quiet because we were in a room NOT facing street. Room was small but comfy; housekeeping was thorough; and advice from reception was accurate and helpful. "

"The only problem we had was the front door. Besides that this hotels is one of our favorites in Madrid. It’s not our first stay here and will not be the last!"

"Todo el personal nos atendio con mucha amabilidad, especialmente Lucia en el “check in”. El cuarto muy cómodo y limpio. El desayuno es excelente. Nos encantó la estadía en este hotel. "
"Staff super friendly. The place is amazing. Lounge areas are more than big enough, more amenities you could imagine. Rooms and beds are also a very very good size. Best hostel I’ve stayed in"
"It was perfect, I would stay again in a heartbeat. Beautiful, quiet, and great location.
I wish I had gotten his name, but one of the people working overnight in the lobby had noticed it was my birthday and had a box of chocolates left for me at checkout. I’m sure they normally give those out but it was a nice gesture that he recognized me and stopped to say happy birthday."
