"The hotel was responsive. When you first walk in, the small lobby is nice. However, once you get to the room, you start to notice how incredibly tiny the room is. Can barely walk around the bed in the room, the living space is hardly a sitting area wirh a small table. The TV is so outdated its not even a smart TV. Thats not even the real issue. Bathroom door was broken, sink was clogged, paint on walls was cracked, bed was so uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on rocks. We couldnt wait to...

"Property location exceeded expectations. It was central to most tourist attractions. Unfortunately, The room was very small and smelled musty after long day’s absence. the room was situated one floor above the restaurant and bar and it was noisy till 12 midnight. Our saving grace was that the hotel restaurant closed for two days during our stay and we were able to get some peace in quiet."

"Very comfortable stay in luxurious surroundings and perfect spot to walk around the sights of the City. We especially loved the Red Level lounge and the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! We will be back again!"

"The hostel was central and had multiple amenities, i.e. metro, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. and tourist attractions within walking distance. Note that they do not have a kitchen or fridge for you to cook or store food/drinks. Their AC was not helpful or not working properly as it was unbearably hot in the rooms. Overall, this was a decent hostel that offered different activities to meet and socialize with other guests."

"Bad service , very small rooms (looks like you are in a low class cruise room), poor room cleaning ,the pool is too small and the service was terrible , my daughter request a coke and never received it , the lady there said that happened because you she did it thru the QR app, and they have not enough employees to attend that, not even said I'm sorry . They were with a friend that lives in Madrid, eating something at the pool and they kick them out the pool, very rude personnel. Not recommended...

"Great little hotel in a perfect location just off the main square. The staff were lovely and so helpful in every way. The room was good, bathroom a little dated but that did not matter. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, Would recommend for the great location as well as a little place steeped in history."

"Room was clean but small by North American standards. Staff was helpful. Hotel was close to Plaza Major. However, it could be noisy sometimes in the evenings or wee mornings because of nearby restaurants and people in the street. This may bother light sleepers."

"Positives: - comfortable bed and bedding - great shower - large plush bath towels - great location Negatives: - the room feels very confining with windows that don't open and look onto another building just a few feet away - ground floor rooms get noise from the kitchen until about 11pm (though this was only on Friday and Saturday night, Sunday night was very quiet - there is an emergency light above the door in the room that stays on all night and throws quite a bit of light"
