"Great location, comfortable bedroom, breakfast bag every morning is a nice detail. One minute walk to Puerta del Sol, walking distance from Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, San Gines Chocolates and Churtos. I will stay in this hotel again."

"Friendly staff but not as helpful as l expected for a 5 star. Hotel is in very good condition but not top. Breakfast is superb but very expensive in comparison to other 5 star properties. Best location near the park, train station and the main shopping area. We liked the room as it was clean and quiet but no balcony or view. Wouldnt stay here again as it was a one off experience and the cost is way too high for our budget."
