"This property is directly across from beach access. It is adorable. The room was spacious and VERY clean. The continental breakfast was fresh and easy. Pool area was clean. Hotel provided beach towels and chairs if needed. Staff was super friendly. This was my first time in Venice and I had a wonderful time. Hubby and I could walk to village which was about 3/4 of a mile away. I would go back again."

"We had an amazing time at Zota Beach Resort. Food at the restaurants is 10/10. It is not necessary to leave the resort to find places to it. Amenities were in great conditions. Heated pool. Beautiful beach"

"they changed our room at the last minute to the second floor and there was no handrail. I fell down the stairs exiting the room, and injured my face, ribs and wounds on my legs. They seemed uninterested in helping us and didn't offer to call EMS. My daughter called paramedics to get help. The hotel staff wouldn't give us another room, so we left and they would not give us a refund unless we agreed to sign a release. This was an awful experience, and it is now a month later and I am still...

"Not enough covers for night -blankets missing in my room. The first room I got smelled like smoke so I had to change it both were pretty outdated and rough looking "

"I adored my stay here. A woman in eary to mid 30's is all i met n spoke with. But she was cery kind, held a smile every convorsation or in passing. The property was quaint n clean n quite surprising because u dont expect all of what the place offers. Its a hidden jem right off the 41 South Tamiami Trail.
