"Chaotic check-in due to a party of entitled seniors arriving at the same time. They kept interrupting my check-in and the receptionist kept stopping to answer their questions. Breakfast was meant to be included and at check in was told it was only to find it want on my booking. The receptionist argued with me that it wasn’t included only giving way when I found my email. Next morning it again wasn’t marked as included. TV in the room wouldn’t turn on but was fixed fast. All in all...

"Room not very clean and had a bad smell. The pool was locked every time I tried to visit (3-4 attempts). Other than that, it was fine"

"Very disappointed in this hotel. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work, bathroom shelf hanging loosely, bathroom soap dispenser fell off wall. Dishwasher did not work. Reported to reception on day 1, was told maintenance would come and rectify problems. No one showed over the next 4 days. We paid a very inflated price due to F1 weekend, 4 times the normal price which we were prepared to pay for a nice room. Unfortunately we did not get it. On the plus side location was great. "
