"This is a magnificent place to stay in New Orleans. I stayed here one for a wedding and since then I don’t look anywhere else for a room if the Frenchmen is available. There’s not much to the place except nice old rooms at a great location. The rooms can feel a bit bare and some fixtures are old but that’s part of the charm for us. Excellent pool and hot tub. Highly recommend. "

"I stayed here during a girls trip. The other girls were at another hotel but I wanted a room by myself. I felt very safe and happy at this hotel. I walked EVERYWHERE! It was so central while also being in a quite area. The hotel is super chic and offered everything I need to be happy.,, 1) free coffee in the mornings with the option to buy breakfast in a beautiful cafe 2) very comfortable bed 3) modern decor with an art deco flair 4) spacious room 5) 2 nice restaurants with happy hour and events...

"Service and friendliness of staff was exceptional. Condition of the room was great. Location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the heart of the French Quarter. It was a very welcoming hotel with plenty to do around it. One thing to note is that the bottles of water they drop in the room = only if you ask for them (I guess). I only had them on the first day and that was only because I said something. Thankfully, there is a great market right around the corner on Royal St with fair pricing....
