"Despite the 1960s look from the front and the scaffolding this hotel is built into the side of the hill is a hidden gem. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The food was excellent and the views of Mawgan Porth were stunning even in the unpleasant weather that we had. Really enjoyed the spa too. Even the Yogi tea that was on offer. Would definitely stay there again"

"The hotel had an early season feel and seemed rather run-down but our room was nice, clean and had a lovely view. The welcome was great, the meal good and we enjoyed our stay"

"back of settee collapsed when autistc son on it, i repaired it, but it needs repair it is dangerous. I told sykes NO response very poor. Also implied is 2 minutes walk from beach is 8 minute drive at least. "
