"I’m going to start out with saying that this hotel is probably amongst the best if not THE best hotel experience I’ve had . ALL the staff are super helpful and friendly. We’re always there to accommodate your needs. Excellent breakfast. Awesome view right by the ocean. Tight security. Always got a taxi on call and can help you find where your trying to go. I’d stay agin 👌"

"Staff was very friendly, always greeting and making sure we had what we needed. Our room cleaning staff Maria and Xandra even wrote us a kind note to ask if there was anything extra they could do to help make our stay great. We had wonderful massages, found it easy to book off-property activities right from the hotel, and enjoyed the food and drinks, too. We especially loved the staff coming around at breakfast to offer local specialties to try. The pool is huge and beautiful. It felt like a paradise and we hope to return again soon!"
