"Got two rooms, no hot water in either room, shower heads were plugged in both rooms no cable in one room and no wires to hook it up, the views were great, internet was great but the showers and hot water was an issues and before they say something about not being plugged in or turned on, I am a plumber and they were, they shower heads were so clogged that only a few holes allowing water through but with no pressure."

"when im trying to check in they dont let me check in because they cant find my reservation . I wait for 30 minutes they dont find anything why they cant find my reservation after i show them the reservation number and the receipt.I was so dissapointed because i just got to the philippines my flight was late im ready to go bed.So next day i came back to the same building i show them my resevation again then they found my reservation lol is that a joke ? the staff not communicating with guess...

"The studio was very dirty. We sent photos to ebookers.fi to see how dirty it was. In bedroom roof was spidernest hanging. Bathroon bathcurtain was black so dirty downpart. Dust and dirty all over. We neededto wash the dishes when arrived as dirty. Only 2 towel wassort of clean. All the rest weredirty and stinked so neededto wash them. Dirt and dust in furnitures and on the floor. NOT recommend this place 1 Tower 15 L studio. Owner did not take any responce."

"Condo, had no hand towels, had no towel or soap racks in bathroom the lighting was very poor in the bathroom, the tv could never be turned off nor the volume changed. The property said it was on the beach but was a full kilometer away and you had to pay $350 pesos to use the beach, they required you eat their food and drink their drinks, but ran out of beer and menu items. The beach was roped off so you could only swim out about 200’, not a good experience "
